Nina Patel co-founded Leisure Hospitality Management in 1985 with Robert Patel. Due to a large part to Nina’s leadership in Operations, LHM has been honored with numerous awards over the years for LHM’s owned and managed Marriott, Hilton and IHG brands. Her active involvement in all aspects hotel, her philosophy is embedded in Property Leaders, “be involved with your Teams, be involved with your Guests.”
